Parenting comes with so many unknowns and it can impact our well being and confidence. Mum- guilt is a real thing. Feeling judged is a real thing. Feeling a loss of your old identity is a real thing. And these things need to be addressed and normalised.
Mumma and me focuses on building up your parental confidence in many aspects of your lives so you can be more present and available for your baby and enjoy your family without fear, guilt or judgement.

We will focus on coping with different stressors and feelings overwhelm and the importance of self- care.
We will focus on celebrating our new bodies, relationships and lives and setting realistic visions for our future.
We will focus on reflective parenting and what we want to continue from our parents and what we would like to change in our parenting choices.
We will focus on being kind to yourself and gratitude to take into your continued parenting journey.
Each week we will start the class with some mindful breathing and end the class with a relaxation.
