TIP: If Birth Partner put their hand on bump, whilst mum relaxes, the baby may be more inclined to move so you can feel baby! As mother relaxes, her uterine muscles relax and so baby has more space to play!

During birth, despite medical professionals were recommending inappropriate information and recommendations as they didn't know how close I was. But pooja gave my confidence to trust my instinct which was correct and she knew how far I was from non-invasive ways which helped give me confidence that I was progressing. Pooja was able to capture some photos of the birth so we have lasting memories of the birth of our first child. Pooja was invaluable and I don't think I would have had as a calm a birth or a natural birth without Pooja.

Pregnancy:

1 "Getting to know you" session (upto 2 hours). This is tailored to your needs and is completed with your birth partner in the comfort of your own home.
Ongoing WhatsApp, text, email and phone support as required.
1 Birth Planning session (upto 2 hours).
Support to additional appointments if required.

Labour and Birth:

On call 24/ 7 from 39 weeks until your baby's birth.
Continuous support in labour and birth.
Use of essential oils.
Upto 2 hours of post-birth care.

Postnatal Care:

1 postnatal session to debrief your birth experience and provide any emotional support (upto 2 hours).
