DO NOT listen to the relaxations when in the bath or driving.
TIP: If Birth Partner put their hand on bump, whilst mum relaxes, the baby may be more inclined to move so you can feel baby! As mother relaxes, her uterine muscles relax and so baby has more space to play!

MINI MOVEMENT
MASSAGE & MINDFULNESS
This course has it all! Some focussed baby massage, baby yoga, developmental play for your baby and some mindfulness exercises for you as well as some time to be nurtured and socialise with other like- minded parents.
Join our 90 minute sessions to nourish your well being, nurture your baby's development by learning new ways to support your baby's brain development and exercises/ strokes to help them physically.
This course is suitable for babies 6 weeks plus. There is a requirement to sit on the floor for these sessions. Each course has different themed sessions so you can keep coming back for more!
OUR COURSE
5 WEEK COURSE
Each week we will look at light exercises through baby yoga to help your baby's physical development, some dry baby massage to support their bodies (colic routine, massage for cold/ snuffles, massage for muscle toning etc) or story massage to well known nursery rhymes, a themed focus play session to aid your baby's early brain development, and some mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques as well as an opportunity to socialise with a hot cuppa and treats!
N.B. This is NOT a parent and baby yoga class. There will be no physical exercises for the parents.

ABOUT MINI MOVEMENT
BABY YOGA
We will be using light exercises of baby yoga to help support your baby's physical development.
These light exercises are for your baby only. This is not a parent yoga class.
MASSAGE
We will use dry massage to promote positive touch. We will cover routines that can help with colic routine, massage for cold/ snuffles, massage for muscle toning etc. In some sessions we will do some story massages to build early language and communication development.
MINDFULNESS
Parental wellness is important and so as part of this class we will look at mindfulness exercises as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to help you in your parenting journey.
PLAY & LEARN
The session ends with some time for your baby to explore resources that can aid their early learning and development. Each week will be something new and whilst they play you can enjoy a hot cuppa, cold beverage and some treats!
