Pooja is amazing and very knowledgeable. My husband was sceptical at first as the name "hypnobirthing" doesn't do it justice.

Throughout the course we learnt our rights as parents and how to question it/ask for more information. Not only that, the relaxation and affirmations we had access to from the course which I used in my birth.
