Join me for a 2 hour Workshop for an Introduction to Hypnobirthing for Student Midwives. If you are wanting to find out more about hypnobirthing in order to more effectively support birthing people in their care then this workshop is the one for you. The 2 hours session will cover: Understanding a pregnant woman The science of Hypnobirthing The psychology of mind/ body The importance of hormones and birth Setting up the birthing environment The importance of language How to use affirmations Breathing techniques You will also receive an electronic Guide and affirmation cards. The workshop will not qualify you to teach hypnobirthing and is purely for informational purposes in order to understand how hypnobirthing works and how to support a birthing person during labour and birth.
