THIS BOOKING IS FOR YOU AND YOUR BIRTH PARTNER This course gives you upto 12 hours of teaching time, Mystri Mumma's manual (including writing a birth plan), a set of affirmation cards, optimal labour/ birth positions, birth relaxation MP3's, mindfulness MP3's, Birth Partner Flashcards, access to our "Family" page, as well as ongoing signposting in your pregnancy and in your 4th trimester. Saturday Part 1- Setting Foundations Part 2- Labour & Birth Lunch Part 3- Roles, Responsibilities & Induction Part 4- Caesarean, Interventions & Pain Relief Sunday Part 5- Birth Right, Birth Choices, BRAINS & Navigating the system Lunch Part 6- The 4th Trimester, Mental Health, Newborn Care & Postnatal Planning Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own lunch or there are local amenities where you can buy some lunch. There is an onsite kitchen and microwave you can use should you wish to do so. Refund policy: The £100 deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE. Once you have made the full payment and received the password to access the online resources there is a NO REFUND policy as you have access to the paid resources. Holidays and sickness policy: Regrettably I cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover holidays or sickness. Any additional catch up sessions required would incur an additional cost of £60 p/h. Parent Illness – Covid19; If you have developed a new cough, or high temperature or any Covid19 symptoms you must adhere to government guidelines. I cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. Termination due to force Majeure events: If any of the following occur, face to face classes will continue via an online platform or a full years access will be given to learn with Mystri Mumma at Home. If these are not suitable, credit notes will be given for the balance, this is the same for; Natural disasters, including flood, earthquake, wind, storm or other natural disaster; pandemic, threat of or preparation for epidemic, pandemic, or similar mass viral contagion risk. Payment & Cancellations: In the instance of a cancellation by Mystri Mumma, The Client (you) shall receive a full refund or opportunity to move sessions.
