With so many responsibilities, it’s easy to overlook our own needs. That’s why I am excited to invite you to the Women's Well-Being Evening. This event is a wonderful chance to take a break and focus on self-care, offering an enriching experience that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.


Set to take place on November 9, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 9 PM at the inviting Groby Village Hall, this event is designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself and others. Why should you consider attending? Let’s explore the highlights!

Picture yourself stepping into a beautifully decorated space filled with the calming scent of candles, soft music playing in the background, and the warm presence of other women eager to join this journey of self-care. The Women's Well-Being Evening is filled with captivating activities, from candle making and dessert tasting to oracle card readings and a tranquil sound bath session.


Each of these activities has been purposefully selected to encourage mindfulness and relaxation. For instance, during the candle-making workshop, you'll create a custom blend of scents that truly match your mood. This process is not just about crafting beautiful candles but also about engaging your senses and finding peace. The sound bath, a highlight of the evening, allows you to detox and rejuvenate through soothing harmonic sounds, a practice shown to reduce stress levels by up to 60%.
