Payment

Flexible payment options must be agreed in advance. In the event of a missed payment, we will contact you to request payment of the outstanding instalment. If no response is received, we reserve the right to remove you from the training and request the return of any resources provided.

In the extremely rare event that the training is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued. This is the only circumstance in which refunds will be given.

​

If you feel that any aspect of the course is missing or could be improved, please contact me directly — I will personally do everything I can to address it.

In the unlikely event that an individual session is cancelled by a tutor, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Mystri Mumma reserves the right to deliver training in an alternative format under exceptional circumstances.

Mystri Mumma also reserves the right to provide an alternative tutor to those advertised.

Rescheduling Sessions

For trainees enrolled in a private one-to-one course, 48 hours’ notice must be given for any changes to dates or times. If notice is not provided, the participant will be liable for the session fee.

Resources

All training resources are provided for your personal business use only and may not be shared with other business owners.

Once certified, you may use the scripts, recordings, and materials in your own Hypnobirthing business for your clients only.

 

These resources:

• May be used in live sessions (groups or one-to-one, in-person or virtual)

• May not be sold separately or used as part of pre-recorded online courses/programs not delivered live

• If self-printing the Client Workbook, your branding may remain, but the content must not be altered

• You may not amend the Hypnobirthing workbook and present it as your own intellectual property; any materials you create must be entirely your own work

The resources and syllabus are solely for teaching expectant parents and may not be used to train other people to teach Hypnobirthing.

Copyright is retained by Pooja Mistry for all resources and may only be reproduced according to these terms. Pooja Mistry reserves the right to alter and or change the resources as she see fits.

Participants remain responsible for the content of their Hypnobirthing sessions and for ensuring they meet any relevant insurance requirements.

• Any additional materials (e.g., books on the reading list) are the participant’s responsibility to purchase.

• While we aim to describe the course and resources accurately, slight variations may occur.

• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own insurance and complying with the laws of the country in which they operate.

• Hypnobirthing sessions are not medical advice. Clients should be advised to seek guidance from their healthcare provider for any medical or pregnancy-related concerns.

• Mystri Mumma provides thorough Hypnobirthing teacher training but makes no guarantees regarding the future success of your business.

• Mystri Mumma does not hold responsibility for the outcome of clients birth experiences.

• If you later establish a Hypnobirthing Teacher Training School, Mystri Mumma reserves the right to remove you from our social media community and revoke access to course materials and ongoing support.

Enrolment in any Mystri Mumma training course constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
