Being a Mumma comes with so many emotions and feelings. We can feel like we hold so much for others and rarely have moments for ourselves; but it's important to fill our own cups so that we can be there for our family! Come and join me for an evening of pamper and relaxation with our FIRST EVER Mumma Nurture Event. Over the 2 hours you will have the opportunity to meet and socialise with others Mumma's, treat yourself to light non- alcoholic beverages and luscious cakes by Vimi (The Cake Palette), be pampered with a complimentary hand/ arm massage by Jackie (Down to Earth Jackie) or myself, immerse yourself into a blissful relaxation with Nimisha's (Skin and Mind Wellbeing) south bath and meditation. I have also collated a beautiful gift set for you to take home with you and remind you that it's OK to look after you; because you deserve it! I cannot wait to welcome you to this event and look after you so you feel refreshed when you return to your family. Pooja THIS EVENT IS FOR MUMS (of children any age) ONLY. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, CUSHION/ PILLOW AND BLANKET (personal belongings produce more oxytocin and endorphins.) Please be aware that Sound Baths are not suitable for: *Pacemaker or metal in any major organs *Hearing conditions including Tinnitus *Eplilepsy or History of seizures *First/ Third Trimester Pregnancy *PTSD *Untested bipolar/ schizophrenia Refund policy: This event may be cancelled provided you inform Mystri Mumma in writing within 21 working days of the course commencing, this will entitle you to a full refund. Thereafter no refunds are applicable. Holidays and sickness policy: Regrettably I cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover holidays or sickness. Parent Illness – Covid19; If you have developed a new cough, or high temperature or any Covid19 symptoms you must adhere to government guidelines. I cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. Termination due to force Majeure events: If any of the following occur, face to face classes will continue via an online platform or a full years access will be given to learn with Mystri Mumma at Home. If these are not suitable, credit notes will be given for the balance, this is the same for; Natural disasters, including flood, earthquake, wind, storm or other natural disaster; pandemic, threat of or preparation for epidemic, pandemic, or similar mass viral contagion risk.
